We are committed to sustainable development
2025 was a defining year for BOFIL. We grew our team to 81 dedicated employees, delivered 1,450 tonnes of quality products and completed our first comprehensive greenhouse gas inventory covering Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions.
Our approach to sustainability is built on environmental responsibility, employee development, ethical business practices and transparent governance. During 2025, we reduced employee turnover, invested more than 850 hours in employee education, introduced new anti-corruption measures and began implementing the SA8000:2014 standard.
By voluntarily publishing our Sustainability Report 2026 in accordance with the guidelines of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards, we reaffirm our belief that transparency builds trust and supports long-term responsible growth.
