On Tuesday, May 27, 2025, the BOFIL company had the pleasure of hosting a group of about 60 high school students. The goal of this event was to bring the world of industry closer to young people, show them what it looks like to work in a modern production environment, and inspire them to think about future careers in the technical and production sectors.
The students gathered in the company’s premises, where they were given a short welcome speech at the beginning. In the introductory part, the key values, vision of the company and approach to sustainability are presented, and special attention is paid to the safety aspects of work in the industry.
After the presentations, all guests received promotional materials and went on a tour of the company’s key departments. The students had the opportunity to get to know first-hand the work of the technical office, laser, press, welding and painting facilities, as well as Methal’s premises and showroom.
During the tour, our employees gladly answered the students’ questions, sharing their experiences and explaining the specific processes and technologies we use in our daily work. We are especially pleased with the enthusiasm and curiosity that the students showed during the Q&A session.
The event ended in a pleasant atmosphere with refreshments and informal conversations, where students and teachers expressed their satisfaction and gratitude for the hospitality.
The BOFIL company will continue to invest in connecting with the community, educating young people and promoting industrial occupations as a stable and promising option for future generations.

It was our pleasure to host the students and professors of the Electrical and Mechanical Vocational School, the Department of Mechatronic Technicians, CNC Operators and Information Technology Technicians. We are glad that we had the opportunity to bring them closer to the daily work and values that we cherish in the company BOFIL.
