BOFIL d.o.o. Usora is a stable and growing company in the metal processing industry. Our processes include sheet metal processing through laser cutting, bending, welding, painting, assembly, and other production phases.

Due to business growth and the need to further strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a person who understands production, knows how to read and create technical documentation, recognizes solutions before problems become bottlenecks, and wants to be part of a growing system.

💼 WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Your role will not be just documentation. You will be an important link between technical preparation, production, quality, and product realization.

✅ Creating technical drawings, work instructions, specifications, and other production documentation
✅ Preparing bills of materials, technological procedures, and supporting technical documents
✅ Analyzing product technical requirements and proposing the most suitable materials, tools, and technological solutions
✅ Monitoring process parameters and ensuring compliance with defined quality standards
✅ Solving technical challenges that arise in production
✅ Optimizing processes to achieve better quality, efficiency, and production stability
✅ Collaboration with production, quality control, procurement, and other internal teams

🧠 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who does not just see a drawing, but understands what happens in production when that drawing becomes a real product.

We expect:

🔧 Minimum 3 years of experience in the metal processing industry, especially in sheet metal processing
🔧 Knowledge of processes: laser cutting, bending, welding, painting, assembly, and similar
🔧 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
🔧 Advanced knowledge of 3D CAD software, such as Autodesk Inventor or similar
🔧 Detailed knowledge of welding processes, including fixture/tool design
🔧 Strong understanding of technical drawings, documentation, and quality standards
🔧 Precision, responsibility, and ability to solve problems in a real production environment
🔧 Willingness to collaborate, communicate, and work in a team

Advantage: knowledge of English and/or German.
