JOB RECRUITMENT

Administrative Worker / Administrator (m/f)

BOFIL is looking for an organized, responsible and reliable person to work in the Administration, Accounting and Controlling Department, supporting certain processes in the field of human resources.

Basic tasks:

  • maintenance and processing of administrative and business documentation;
  • support in working with invoices, records and reports;
  • administrative support for HR tasks (contracts, applications/deregistrations, records);
  • communication with external associates and institutions;
  • other related administrative tasks.

We expect from candidates:

  • High school diploma or higher education, preferably in economics or a related field;
  • experience in administrative or similar tasks;
  • good computer skills (MS Office);
  • responsibility, precision, organization and discretion;
  • knowledge of the basics of financial documentation and HR administration is an advantage
