Goals set

At the beginning of 2025, we established clear goals. We didn’t just meet them on time—we exceeded them. We are leaving this year with 53 employees at BOFIL and 79 at METHAL, and we were happy to share our celebration and team building with 31 children from BOFIL and 43 from METHAL families. Today, Bofil is a stronger company, richer in workforce, production capabilities, and expertise, driven by a team of highly skilled individuals.

And to Celebrate…!

On December 6, 2025, Bofil d.o.o. and Methal d.o.o. came together for our now-traditional end-of-year celebration. This year was special: we combined a team-building event for our staff with a dedicated play area for the kids.

During the celebration, which lasted from 10:00 to 16:00, the kids enjoyed their treats, while our team members received gifts as a token of appreciation for a year of hard work. Smiles were definitely not in short supply.
